Healthy Food

As you know, we should eat healthy food. If you eat certain types of food, you will get different types of vitamins in your body. For example, if you eat apples, you will get vitamin C. If you eat carrots, you will have vitamin A which is good for the eye site. Grains such as bread, pastas cereals and rice contain carbohydrates which gives your body a lot of energy if you eat those things. Vegetables like broccoli, peas, tomatoes, carrots, green beans, carrots and more have vitamin C and potassium. Fruits are healthy for you because it will give you a lot of energy, Oranges are fruits which have a lot of vitamin C and it normally makes you hyper at sometimes. Different types of fruits have different jobs for your body to make it be healthy. Olive oil, peanut oil, canola oil soft tub margarine without trans fat. Milk, yogurt cheese, ice cream and more are diary foods that contain calcium and a mineral needed for strong bones.
